HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is currently seeking a Clinical Director licensed as a LICSW or LMHC, previous supervisory experience, and previous experience in Substance Abuse Recovery programs to oversee daily operation, compliance, and clinical leadership of a Residential Recovery home, that is part of a growing organization dedicated to trauma informed, collaborative recovery.

LICSW, LMHC, Clinical Director Requirements:

• Join a team that offers a dignified home to adults seeking recovery
• LICSW, LMHC works 40 hours per week, onsite, with flex hours
• LICSW, LMHC leads operations of a home with 20 beds
• LICSW, LMHC oversees 2 therapists and two case managers
• LICSW, LMHC reports to collaborative Program Director
• Residential House is staffed 24 hours a day with trained professionals
• Program supports Medicaid patients working to step down to outpatient services
• LICSW, LMHC ensures regulatory & organizational policies and procedures
• LICSW, LMHC reports on key metrics such as occupancy, staff levels
• Clinical Director participates in weekly meetings with Chief Medical Officer
• Clinical Director meets with NPs, LPNs, Recovery Specialists, and Therapists
• LICSW, LMHC oversees the admissions process

LICSW, LMHC, Clinical Director Requirements:

• Master’s Degree
• LICSW or LMHC License
• Ability to commute to Marlborough, MA 01702
• 2+ years’ experience in co-occurring SUD / Mental Health
• Ability to Supervise
• Collaborative Leadership
• On-Call one week per month

LICSW, LMHC, Clinical Director Salary:

• $90,000 – $105,000
• Retention Bonus @ 6 months 5K and generous increase at 1 year

Pay: $92,943.00 - $102,125.00 per year
