Job Overview
We are seeking a experienced and dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our private practice. This role involves providing high-quality psychological services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of mental health concerns. The ideal candidate will offer individualized care using evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches, etc. As part of a collaborative and patient-focused team, the Clinical Psychologist will help clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues in a supportive and confidential private practice setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Provide individual sessions to address various psychological issues.
• Respond to mental health crises and provide appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
• This is a hybrid position, working in person and virtual.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Clinical Psychologist.
• Proficiency in evidenced based treatments, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other therapeutic modalities.
• Strong skills in crisis intervention and patient care management.
• Knowledge of behavioral health practices and current research trends.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Openness to work with children, adolescence or couples is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $70.00 - $110.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
