Position Summary:

At Divine Steps Therapy, we utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to empower individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to reach their fullest potential. We are seeking dedicated individuals who find joy in helping children achieve their developmental goals. As a Behavior Technician, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy, implementing individualized intervention plans developed by a behavior analyst. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from a team of experienced clinical supervisors committed to fostering your professional development.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Completion of a background screening and clearance.

• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• RBT Certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver ABA therapy for children in home and community settings to enhance behaviors and facilitate skill acquisition.

• Adhere to specific protocols for each client and implement individualized ABA programs created by the BCBA or qualified health professional.

• Record client sessions through data collection, writing detailed session notes, and inputting timesheets.

• Engage in supervision sessions and collaborate in team meetings.

• Salary: Part-time segments offer $28-$32 Per Hour.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening shifts available.

• Weekend availability is also encouraged.

Education:

• Valid RBT Certification is required.
