Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM (no evenings, no weekends).
Location: Merlin Day Academy 3319 N Elston Ave., Chicago, IL - Convenient on-site parking available!
Setting: Fully on-site - no travel required.

BCBA ResponsibilitiesOur BCBAs are at the forefront of delivering impactful services, including:

Caregiver Training - Empower families to support their child's development.
Compassionate Care - Deliver interventions grounded in empathy.
Applied Behavior Analysis - Design and implement evidence-based programs.
Case Management & RBT Supervision - Oversee and guide dedicated team members.
Behavior Management - Develop strategies to foster positive behaviors.
Team Collaboration - Work with educators and therapists for cohesive care delivery.

Qualifications Required

Certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, education, or a related field.
Previous experience working with neurodivergent children is preferred but not required.
