In the role of Non Alc Finance Manager working in Chicago, Illinois you will oversee all financial aspect of Fever Tree, ensuring that the partnership P&L reflects the contract economics. This will require working collaboratively across numerous internal stakeholders ranging from commercial to supply chain. In this role, the finance manager will oversee all commercial lines of the partnership as well as lead the coordination internally with supply chain finance to develop a joint FT P&L and present to the FT UK team. This position will report into the Sr. Mgr. of Non Alc and work closely with the AmCom NA stakeholders, technical accounting, GBS, supply chain finance, NA integration, and external FT Finance to complete monthly finance deliverables

What You’ll Be Brewing



  • Lead monthly P&L development for Joint Fever Tree P&L, partnering with all necessary stakeholders to ensure FT P&L lines are accurately reported and forecasted
  • Manage MSG&A budgets, ensuring internal targets are achieved and MCBC is appropriately allocating all cost to P&L that complies with FT contract
  • Calculate the FT USA royalty based on PL, markup, and FX impacts
  • Strategy development – lead the creation of new reporting that currently does not exist to analyze FT, work with integration team to bring to life
  • Lead annual planning process for Fever Tree partnering across all AmCom Non Alc and Routes to Market
  • Ensure overall business case achieved

Key Ingredients

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, or Finance
  • You have at least 5-7 years of experience in accounting, finance, and treasury management, or CPA

Pay And Benefits

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $82,300.00 - $108,000.00 (posting salary range) + 15% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).

The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
