AlohaABA aspires to build technology that helps our customers streamline their day to day operations, which allows them to provide better quality care to their patients. Our Customer Success team is expanding and here is your opportunity to make an impact at a fast growing startup.


You’ll be working face-to-face with the founders, developers, and managers of other departments to support our customers. You’ll be responsible for developing & maintaining existing relationships including handling support tickets, reporting bugs, updating AlohaABA’s knowledge base and leading the customer to full adoption our platform. We are seeking a candidate that has proven success in developing strategic relations, ability to lead trainings, and overall support operations. You should be OBSESSED with providing stellar customer service and support. The customer’s voice will be in your hands.


This role will report directly to the CSM Lead. We are a small and growing team, so your responsibilities will evolve rapidly.


Must be able to work in TX/AZ/FL/NC/LA/CA/OR


What you’ll do:

  • Build trust and create meaningful relationships with key stakeholders while onboarding new customers.
  • Manage our help desk and support tickets
  • Be a guru of AlohaABA
  • Create and update our help center materials
  • Test and report bugs to the product team
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on customer needs, industry trends, market activities, and competitors.


What you have:

  • You’ve worked in a customer facing role and love talking =)
  • Experience working in a B2B industry is a PLUS
  • You’re meticulously organized and detail oriented
  • You have experience using CRMs, support and communication tools.
  • 2 years of professional experience.
  • You don’t shy away from a challenge
  • Strong empathy AND passion for building relationships
  • Having a BCBA/RBT and or ABA industry experience is a HUGE plus
  • MUST have at least 1 year of SAS experience
  • Must have at least 2 years of Customer Success experience.
