Responsibilities
The Service Coordinator plays an essential role in supporting Hamilton’s customers, field engineers, and internal teams by managing the day-to-day operations necessary to ensure seamless and accurate service delivery.

Responsibilities
The Service Coordinator plays an essential role in supporting Hamilton’s customers, field engineers, and internal teams by managing the day-to-day operations necessary to ensure seamless and accurate service delivery.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Help coordinate and schedule various service requests such as Installations, Repairs and Preventative Maintenance.
- Take incoming calls through the Service Hotline and route them in the appropriate direction and/or dispatch to the appropriate Service Engineer.
- Create service quotations for various types of service.
- Process completed service calls which includes detailed data entry, invoicing and checking for proper documentation.
- Work closely with Customers, Field Service Engineers, and other internal teams.
- Help with maintaining the Customer Relation Management (CRM) database.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have Microsoft Office experience, i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Some college or a degree is preferred.
- Must have at least 5 years of customer service experience.
