Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with individuals with disabilities, particularly children. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct behavioral therapy to improve the quality of life for our clients.
Duties
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and monitor behavioral interventions based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavioral strategies and techniques.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral therapy.
Experience
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis is required.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, particularly children, is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation practices.
- Strong understanding of patient care principles and ethical considerations in behavioral therapy.
- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation processes within the field of behavior analysis.

Pay: $82,820.00 - $105,446.00 per year
