Hudson Mind—our behavioral health division—is a pioneer in Interventional Mental Health (IMH). We offer cutting-edge treatments including Ketamine, TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation), Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB), and Spravato, supported by a cross-functional team of experts in psychiatry, anesthesiology, and neurology.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Psychiatrist (MD) to lead our innovative clinical team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of psychiatric care, blending traditional psychopharmacology with advanced interventional modalities.
You will provide clinical oversight for our TMS and Spravato programs, as well as perform telepsychiatry evaluations and medication management. This is a highly collaborative role ideal for a clinician passionate about advancing the future of mental health through evidence-based, personalized care.
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for new patients
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, including psychopharmacologic interventions
- Oversee on-site administration of TMS and Spravato treatments, ensuring clinical safety and patient support
- Perform routine patient check-ins and progress reviews during treatment courses
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of MDs, nurses, and mental health practitioners
- Document assessments, care plans, and follow-ups using our streamlined EHR system
- Support and contribute to our culture of innovation, curiosity, and whole-person care
- MD from an accredited medical school
- Completed ACGME-accredited Psychiatry Residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN)
- Active NY State Medical License (or ability to obtain before start date)
- Valid DEA registration, including Schedule III for Spravato
- Skilled in diagnostic evaluations and psychopharmacology
- Comfortable with collaborative care in a multidisciplinary environment
- Tech-savvy and experienced with EHR systems
- Bonus: Prior experience with TMS, Ketamine, Spravato, or SGB therapies
