Woodfords Family Services is seeking to welcome a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at our growing Early Childhood Services (ECS) and Special Purpose Private School (SPPS) Programs in Waterville, ME! This is a full-time position (40 hours per week), accompanied by a competitive salary and benefits package! Services will be provided on-site at our Waterville, ME location. Please note, this is not a remote opportunity.

 

 

Position Summary

The BCBA provides clinical expertise and consultation to young consumers receiving services onsite at our Preschool and K-5 programs. Services include evaluation, assessment, behavioral observation (collects and analyzes data), plan and program development, and staff & caregiver training. 

In addition, the BCBA supports the SPPS/ECS teams in curriculum development, and monitors intervention integrity by providing onsite supervision to classroom Ed Techs. 

 

Opportunity Details

  • Full-time (40 hours per week); Center-based
  • Monday through Friday; 7:30am-3:30pm
  • $75,000 starting salary
  • $2,500 Sign-on Bonus! - Paid at 6 months!

 

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Human Development or a related field.
  • Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis required.
  • Experience developing, implementing and monitoring behavior analytic programs for individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Experience working in a variety of settings with individuals with severe interfering behaviors
  • Valid driver's license and reliable use of a safe, insured motor vehicle.
