We're currently hiring pre-licensed clinicians—AMFTs, ASWs, APCCs, and Postdocs—who are looking for a stable, supportive, and fun practice to grow in. If you’re someone who loves learning, values connection, and is excited to join a collaborative, multi-specialty group, we want to meet you.

What You'll Get:

$30–$50/hr, depending on experience and clinical focus
Paid twice a month via direct deposit
In-office or remote work available
Full supervision (paid!) provided by licensed psychologists and clinicians
All admin handled for you: no billing, credentialing, scheduling, or chasing down paperwork—we’ve got you covered

Who You Are:

Registered in California as an AMFT, ASW, APCC, or Postdoc
Psychotherapy caseload experience
Passionate about high-quality, compassionate care
Open to feedback and collaborative practice
Interested in working with diverse populations (extra bonus if you work with children or have testing experience!)

Responsibilities

Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis techniques.
Provide mental health counseling and psychotherapy to clients, including children and families, while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Document patient care and progress in medical records accurately.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and participate in clinical research initiatives.
Engage in crisis intervention and support clients with PTSD and developmental disabilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
