Overview:

The Senior Behavior Supervisor assumes a supportive role in the ongoing development and implementation
of school wide behavior management program and policies; takes lead on the creation of Functional Behavior
Assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans; provides supervision to behavior team staff and other staff as
indicated by program

Min: USD $80,000.00/Yr. Max: USD $95,000.00/Yr. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular meetings with the behavioral team to evaluate individual and team progress, issues,
and concerns, and communicate these as needed to administration.
  • Prepare and conducts trainings and in-services specific to the behavioral skills needed for job duties
and assignments.
  • Work with program team and leadership to facilitate discussions of problem-solving and creation and
implementation of individual student behavior plans.
  • Assist the Behavior Director in the leadership of inter-school behavior and clinical teams.
  • Conduct fidelity checks into the implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans and supports
classroom staff as necessary.
  • Evaluate school-wide student specific restraint and seclusion data, and actively implements practice
changes to reduce the need for both.
  • Provide supervision to qualified and select staff who are seeking to obtain or have obtained their
Registered Behavior Technician certification.
  • Provide individual, direct coaching and supervision to direct care staff.
  • Provide a consistent and reliable supportive presence in the program.
  • Complete all assigned paperwork to accurately record student progress, including the crisis
intervention documentation and behavior intervention documentation.
  • Participate as an active member of the treatment team. Observes, evaluates, and communicates all
appropriate information, orally and in writing.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of a positive culture.
  • Maintain proper rules, safety, and security of students, providing crisis intervention when necessary.
  • Attend trainings and meetings as required.
  • Review client files on a quarterly basis to access service plan implementation, progress towards
desired outcomes, and future appropriateness of service plan.
  • Perform all duties within contract, state and federal regulations, company policy, and regulatory
agency standards.
  • May be required to drive vehicles, be insurable with our auto insurance provider, and complete
company vehicle training
Qualifications:

Master’s degree required with at least 1 year of relevant experience working with populations served by the
program. Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
