LCSW (On-Call Only)
StartDate: 6/30/2025 Pay Rate: $1800.00 - $2600.00
POSITION SUMMARY – LCSW (this is an on call position not full time)
POSITION DUTIES – Social Services Case Management - Long Term Care / Adult Day Health
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – A. Education: Must possess, as a minimum, a Bachelor’s Degree in social work from an accredited university. Master’s Degree in social work from an accredited school of social work is preferred.
B. Experience: Must have, as a minimum, one (1) year of progressively responsible professional social work experience, preferably in a health care or community-based elderly care or care management services.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – Master’s Degree in social work from an accredited school of social work
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – Ongoing
SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – Monday - Friday, 730am - 430 pm
SYSTEMS – Point Click
START DATE – ASAP
