INSPIRE Counseling and Wellness, PLLC, is a rapidly growing private practice, looking to add two LPCs, LLCs and/or LMSWs at our new location. We are a full-service outpatient counseling practice that offers a wide variety of counseling and therapy services in a healthy, supportive, and safe environment. We are committed to providing the foremost in-person and virtual counseling services in all of Michigan.

Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with clients to analyze their mental health status, and develop a course of therapy to address mental health issues.
Deliver interventions and monitor progress, and document accordingly.
Work passionately with clients who are struggling with substance abuse issues, trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.
Perform intakes, assessment, and provide diagnoses in accordance with the DSM-5
Work independently both in an office and remotely.
Meet and collaborate with the clinical and administrative staff to offer the best possible care to all clientele.
Supervision is included for LLCs.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates must have a current Michigan LPC, LLC, or LMSW verifiable through LARA.
Possess knowledge of clinical skills, treatment approaches and planning, and be able to discuss their theoretical approach/orientation
Strong communication skills
Team player, sense of humor, and a high level of professionalism
