Your Role:

As a school-based Behavior Analyst, you will:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Design and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) in line with BACB ethical standards and NJ State Code
• Provide in-classroom support and coaching for staff in both general education and self-contained classrooms
• Collaborate with teachers, support teams, and district personnel to ensure student success

What You Bring:

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification
• Minimum 2 years of ABA experience, ideally with individuals with emotional or developmental disabilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
