Position: Part Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Position

Location: Forestville, CA

Position Type: Part time: 25 hrs/week NSY

Pay Range: 25-30/hr based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

• Provide direct one-on-one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills

• Assist in reducing problematic behaviors in a school settings for students

• Proficient in Moderate and Severe Behavior Caseloads, De-escalation, providing emotional/academic support, and Behavior redirection.

• Working on a rotating 1:1 role in a self-contained classroom

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in related field is preferred but not required

• Must have a Current and Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) - experience will not be considered without an RBT license

• Must have experience working with moderate autism/behavioral disabilities

• Minimum of 1 year experience working with Elementary students (both male and female students) experience working 1:1 with behavioral students, autistic support, life skills, and emotional support
