About the Role:

MIYO Health is seeking a dedicated and Michigan-licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-person, school-based services to students in the Ann Arbor area. In this role, you'll play a key part in helping students develop positive behavior skills, improve daily functioning, and thrive in the school environment through data-driven behavior intervention strategies.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide direct and indirect services aligned with IEP goals
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and teams
  • Train and support paraprofessionals and school staff on behavior strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports (as needed)


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Active Michigan licensure
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a school-based or pediatric setting
  • Ability to work in-person in Ann Arbor, MI
  • Strong understanding of special education service delivery
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
  • Availability for summer 2025

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with diverse student populations, including autism and developmental disabilities
  • Familiarity with electronic data collection tools and systems
  • Knowledge of Medicaid billing procedures
  • Ability to provide staff training and parent coaching
