About Job

All Level Autism Success LLC is seeking a a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) to join our team. This role is essential in providing high-quality support EIDBI services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This role offers flexible scheduling, a supportive environment, and the opportunity to work remotely, in-person, or a combination of both.

The QSP plays a key role in maintaining clinical quality, ensuring compliance, and supporting coordination across the care team. They are responsible for reviewing and signing all initial and updated treatment plans, while also demonstrating a strong commitment to improving the quality of life for the individuals and families we serve.

Responsibilities

  • Complete Comprehensive Multidisciplinary Evaluations (CMDE)
  • Review, approve, and sign all Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs) ensure they align with DHS requirements and clinical goals
  • Oversee and supervise all EIDBI services delivered by Level I, II, III providers
  • Conduct weekly sessions
  • Monitor clinical documentation, including case notes, data collection, and incident reports for accuracy and compliance
  • Collaborate with the care team and families to ensure treatment remains consistent with client needs and family priorities
  • Lead or participate in monthly staff meetings and interdisciplinary care coordination

Qualifications

  • Meets Minnesota DHS qualifications to serve as a QSP under the EIDBI program
  • Licensed in Minnesota as an LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, LP, BCBA, APRN, or Behavioral Pediatrician
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a qualifying field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, ABA, Special Education, Nursing)
  • Strong understanding of EIDBI policy and supervisory responsibilities
  • Reliable, organized, and comfortable with virtual platforms
  • Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply, but not required

Schedule

  • Flexible schedule — you create your own availability
  • One monthly team meeting (remote or in-person)
