UPT - Instructors of Sociology/Psychology for
Fall 2025 and Spring 2026
The Division of Behavioral & Social Sciences is currently seeking applicants for Adjunct Instructors of Sociology and/or Psychology for Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 at the University of Pittsburgh at Titusville Campus.
Requirements: M.A., M.S.W., ABD, or Ph.D. in Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required. A strong commitment to teaching undergraduates and experience teaching at the university or collegiate level is preferred.
Responsibilities: Applicants will teach two in-person synchronous courses: a section of SOC 0101 Introduction to Sociology (Fall 2025) and/or a section of PSY 0101 Introduction to Psychology (Spring 2026).
Candidates with experience working with college students from diverse backgrounds and applied experience in the field of expertise are encouraged to apply.
