Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement & update individualized treatment plans
  • Collect, analyze & graph data; adjust plans to maximize client progress
  • Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and HIPAA/FERPA/DFPS protocols
  • Oversee intake, discharge, transition planning, and timely completion of ITPs
  • Conduct regular family trainings per client treatment plans
  • Supervise, mentor & provide clinical feedback to RBTs
  • Promote team morale through collaboration with leadership and peers
  • Contribute to a positive work environment by leading with empathy and support

Qualifications

Required:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when implementing de-escalation strategies
  • Adaptability in fast-paced settings and dependable work ethic

Physical & Travel Requirements

  • Medium physical demand: lift/transfers up to 20–50 lbs. occasionally; stand, bend, kneel, crouch, walk, and run
  • Fine motor skills: grasping and holding for client activities

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
