Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement & update individualized treatment plans
- Collect, analyze & graph data; adjust plans to maximize client progress
- Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and HIPAA/FERPA/DFPS protocols
- Oversee intake, discharge, transition planning, and timely completion of ITPs
- Conduct regular family trainings per client treatment plans
- Supervise, mentor & provide clinical feedback to RBTs
- Promote team morale through collaboration with leadership and peers
- Contribute to a positive work environment by leading with empathy and support
Qualifications
Required:
- Current BCBA certification
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional when implementing de-escalation strategies
- Adaptability in fast-paced settings and dependable work ethic
Physical & Travel Requirements
- Medium physical demand: lift/transfers up to 20–50 lbs. occasionally; stand, bend, kneel, crouch, walk, and run
- Fine motor skills: grasping and holding for client activities
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
