Work Environment:
This role is perfect for individuals who thrive on autonomy! As an At-Home ABA Therapist, you will provide therapy services in the homes of patients, requiring travel to various locations in your designated area. You will work closely with patients and their families to cultivate a supportive and nurturing atmosphere that promotes learning and skill development. Typically, you will work with one to two patients daily from Monday to Friday, with treatment blocks running from 8am to 12pm, 1pm to 5pm, or 8am to 5pm, allowing for an hour of transition between sessions.
As an At-Home Behavior Therapist, your responsibilities will include:
- Traveling to clients' homes: Embrace the opportunity to visit various locations, providing therapy in a comfortable setting for families. Must be comfortable driving to and from patient homes, up to 45 minutes each way.
- Autonomous Working Style: We value self-motivated individuals who take ownership of their work. You will enjoy the freedom of managing your own caseload and enhancing children's abilities.
- Applying one-on-one ABA therapy principles to support children with Autism in reaching their full potential.
- Shaping the journeys of children in early childhood (ages 18 months to 12 years).
- Data Collection: Implementing and tracking treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
- Collaboration: Work alongside a team of dedicated professionals committed to living our core values.
- Driving your personal vehicle to appointments, arriving ready to focus entirely on your patient during therapy sessions.
What We Offer:
Your pay will depend on your experience and education level:
- Associate/High School Diploma Track: $15.50 - $23.50
- Bachelor's Degree Track: $16.50 - $25.50
- Master's Degree Track: $17.50 - $27.00
Entry-level candidates can expect their first raise after certification as an RBT, usually within 45 days.

- Childcare Provider, Nanny, Babysitter, Teacher, Tutor, or Substitute Teacher.
- Mental Health Advocate or Qualified Mental Health Professional.

- Degrees in Teaching, Special Education, Sociology, Human Development, Early Childhood Development, or Psychology are preferred.
