About this Role
My client, a recognized leader in the field, is seeking an Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities Supervisor to oversee administrative and clinical functions of the IDD program. This role involves providing supervision, crisis management, staff training, documentation review, and program administration.
What You'll Do
The ideal candidate will have experience in working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, supervisory experience, and familiarity with electronic medical records
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher
- IDD Diagnosis (1+ years)
- 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following: eClinicalWorks, Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or NextGen Ambulatory EHR
- ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications: Limited License Psychologist (LLP) in Michigan (MI), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Michigan (MI), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in Michigan (MI)
preferred
- Working with Waivers (1+ years)
Schedule and Shift Details
● Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with a minimum of one late evening shift per week.
