The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Flywheel Centers plays a vital leadership role in delivering high-quality, individualized ABA care. As a BCBA, you'll collaborate with clients, their families, your supervisees, and the broader care team, guiding and empowering everyone involved to create meaningful, socially significant positive change for the children we serve.

- Salary: $80k-$100k
Position Overview:
This is an assessment-focused position. The BCBA Assessor will be responsible for conducting initial and reauthorization assessments to determine eligibility for ABA services and to support clinical treatment planning. This role is ideal for BCBAs who enjoy evaluation work and prefer a flexible, behind-the-scenes role in clinical care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual behavioral assessments only - no case supervision or ongoing client management.
- Administer standardized and functional assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, Vineland-3).
- Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as appropriate.
- Develop high-quality, individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Provide clinical recommendations regarding ABA service levels and goals.
- Submit detailed documentation in compliance with insurance and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with the intake and clinical team to ensure timely submission of reports and treatment plans.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a NJ license, active and in good standing with the BACB.
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience conducting assessments in ABA settings.
- Prior telehealth experience strongly preferred.
- Comfortable using assessment tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, Vineland-3.
- Strong writing and organizational skills.
- Must have access to reliable internet and a confidential workspace.
- Must reside and be authorized to work in the United States.
