About Job

The role involves supervised assessment, individual, group, and family therapy, and coordinating behavioral programs based on treatment plans.

  • Develop and implement treatment plans, involving family and coordinating with external agencies.
  • Train staff in behavioral management and monitor their implementation.
  • Complete assessments within specified timeframes and lead treatment team meetings.
  • Maintain documentation, conduct regular family contact, and provide clinical supervision and training to staff.
  • Offer crisis intervention, develop relapse prevention, and assist with youth transition and aftercare planning.
  • Participate in program development, file reviews, and compliance activities.
  • Requirements include a Master’s degree in a related field and two years of experience working with children with emotional or substance abuse issues, with exceptions subject to approval.
