We’re seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, school-based role. As a BCBA with Emergent, you will have access to Ph.D-level researchers and experienced clinicians who share a vision of exceptional care. You’ll work alongside a team dedicated to creating meaningful outcomes for every client, and you’ll receive training on evidence-based curriculums to further your professional development. Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct comprehensive functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
· Implement, monitor, and actively use evidence-based curriculums, including PEAK, AIM, and LIFE (training provided)
· Continuously assess and monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
· Collaborate effectively with educators, school staff, and families to implement and manage interventions
· Provide training, guidance, and consultation to school staff and parents to ensure effective generalization of skills across environments
· Maintain accurate and timely records, documenting services provided
· Conduct treatment evaluations and make data-driven decisions to ensure the efficacy of interventions
· Ensure all services adhere to ethical guidelines, school policies, and state regulations
Requirements:
· Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
· BCBA certification
· Active Hawai'i state licensure
· Minimum of two years of experience in a school-based setting preferred
· Strong analytical skills to interpret and use data in the decision-making process
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders
· Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage time effectively
