 Position: Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)
 Las Vegas and Surrounding Area | Full-time or Part-time
 $50-$62/hr
 Flexible scheduling | Work from home for non-direct hours

易 What You'll Do:

• Supervise clients and staff weekly, ensuring top-notch ABA services.
• Mentor RBTs & Case Managers, helping them grow in the field.
• Oversee assessments, goal setting, and clinical meetings.
• Work with a variety of clients (ages, diagnoses, and funding sources).
• Ensure high-quality documentation, communication, and care.

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification
• Master's in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• 2+ years' experience supervising clinical staff
• Strong ABA skills (DTT, Verbal Behavior, Natural Environment Teaching)
• Reliable car, Driver's license, and insurance
• CPR cert, immunization records, background check upon hire
