Director Of Social Services Qualifications And Responsibilities:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Certified Social Worker (LBSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) required
- Strong management and program development skills
- Support the planning, development, organization, implementation, evaluation, and oversight of social service programs within the facility.
- Assist in establishing, administering, and coordinating department policies and procedures to ensure effective service delivery.
- Stay informed on current federal and state regulations, as well as professional standards, and provide recommendations for policy and procedural updates to the Director or Administrator.
- Conduct annual reviews of department policies and procedures, actively contributing to improvements and refinements.
