Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse

Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team. In this

essential role, you will provide high quality, patient-centered mental health services that

promote both immediate care and long-term healing.

Key Responsibilities

 Perform thorough psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments.

 Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s

needs.

 Oversee and adjust medication management, monitoring for efficacy and side

effects.

 Deliver psychotherapy and counseling as appropriate during medication

management visits.

 Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive,

holistic care.

 Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment

plans, and wellness strategies.

Qualifications

 Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license with specialization in

psychiatric-mental health.

 Proficient in psychiatric pharmacology and evidence-based treatment practices.

 Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered focus.

 Team-oriented approach and ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.

 Competency in conducting physical health assessments.
