Compass Mental Health Services is a growing private practice conveniently located in the heart of Orem. We’re currently experiencing high client demand and are looking to expand our team with compassionate, skilled clinicians who are passionate about making a difference.

We provide high-quality, professional psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families across a wide range of diagnoses and life challenges. Our newly renovated office space offers a welcoming, collaborative environment where you’ll work alongside like-minded professionals who value autonomy, respect, and flexibility. You will have your own private office with access when you need it.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide individual, couples, or family therapy based on your training and interests

• Maintain a caseload of at least 25 clinical hours per week

• Complete documentation such as progress notes and treatment plans in a timely manner

• Work independently while staying in communication with a clinical supervisor

• Uphold ethical standards and licensing board requirements

• Contribute to a clean, professional, and client-focused environment

Who We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Clinicians: LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent

• Pre-Licensed/Intern Clinicians: CSW

• Solid training in psychotherapy and clinical best practices

• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and reliability

• Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage your own caseload and schedule

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

• Expected Hours: 30-40client hours per week

• Compensation: $45–$65 per hour, ($93,000 to $130,000 per year) depending on licensure level and experience

• Work Location: In-person and/or telehealth
