Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admissions Counselor located in Philadelphia, PA. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for evaluating and processing student applications, assisting with outreach and recruitment efforts, conducting interviews and information sessions, and providing excellent customer service to prospective students and their families. The role also involves working closely with other departments to ensure a smooth admissions process.


Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills
  • Experience in Customer Service and Sales
  • Background in Education
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field preferred
  • Experience in a university admissions setting is a plus
