Sinnissippi Centers, Inc. is hiring a part-time Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to providepsychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment for children and adolescents aged 13 to 17.

This 24 hours per week role is open to both W2 or 1099 candidates and is primarily onsite at one of seven locations in Illinois: Oregon, Dixon, Sterling, Freeport, Rochelle, Mt. Carroll, or Byron. Hybrid and remote work options considered for candidates willing to commute to the office as needed.

Since 1966, Sinnissippi Centers has been dedicated to providing high quality, coordinated care to individuals, families, and communities. This role offers competitive compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnose mental health conditions in children and adolescents

• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, including medication management

• Collaborate with families, schools, and other care providers to support patient care

• Provide crisis intervention and ongoing psychiatric support

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards

Requirements: 

• Completion of an accredited medical school program, and possession of an active, unrestricted medical license

• Board Certification in general psychiatry and subspecialty certification in child and adolescent psychiatry (ABPN)
• Valid DEA registration
