Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy to adult outpatients
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to patients’ needs
• Ensure adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality policies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care

Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution (Required)
• Alabama LICSW licensure or eligibility within six months (Required)
• Previous psychotherapy experience (Preferred)
• Strong adaptability in a fast-paced healthcare setting
• Exceptional empathy and communication skills
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical care
