Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a BCBA Behavior Respite Coordinator at 1-Step Ahead ABA in San Diego, CA. The coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day coordination of behavior respite services, collaborating with clients, families, and educators. Some work from home is acceptable, providing flexibility for the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in behavior intervention and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• BCBA certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with clients, families, and educators
• Knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting, in-office and remotely
• Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field

Starting Pay Range: $80k-90k
