- Degreed up to an additional $4 per hour above base
- Increased rates for those with prior work experience in the medical, behavioral mental healthcare field, working with children and miliary services

- Completes non-clinical assignment tasks related to the admission, transfer and discharge process.
- Ascertains the need for and assists patients with a variety of psychiatric and substance abuse diagnoses in meeting immediate needs with the ultimate goal of self-maintenance under the direction of a supervisor.
- Assists patients in carrying out their established treatment programs by collaborating with other team members and by participating in ongoing multidisciplinary team meetings with supervisor to assist in reporting of patients' progress.
- Documents and reports patient progress/regression.
- Follows procedures which adhere to daily schedules, policies and practices prescribed by agency name.

- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bacherlors Degree with one year of health care experience required.
- Verbal De-escalation skills to assist the resident to regain control of their behaviors.
- Functions as a community lead.
- The ability to make quick decisions and respond in a crisis.
- The ability to communicate clearly with a team and work together to solve a crisis.
- Provides mentoring / shadowing as assigned.
