Oak Street Health's graduate Behavioral Health Specialist Fellowship is a 12-month paid training program that provides all the necessary skills, support, and learning required to become a highly confident and competent clinician for older adults. Admission requires a Family, Adult or Adult-Gerontology Social Worker who has graduated or will graduate by July 2025, willingness to work in assigned location, minimum GPA of 3.0 in MSW program, and an active, non-probationary state lower level social work license. The selection process includes multiple interview rounds with final decisions by August 15, 2025.
