About Job
- Provide input to person-centered assessment and service planning, and advocacy, coordination, and linkage with other services and the community.
- Model and teach skills for development of positive relationships, and negotiation of conflict.
- Assist persons served in understanding, managing, and dispensing medications consistent with MAP and agency policies and procedures.
- Maintain regular daily, monthly, and annual clinical records in keeping with DMH, agency, and division policies and procedures, and within required timelines.
