Adolescent Counselor (IOP/Outpatient)
Location: High Focus Centers – Exton, PA
Salary: $50,000–$55,000/year (based on experience and credentials)
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Flexible hours on Friday

About High Focus Centers
High Focus Centers in Exton is a leading provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. Our dedicated team delivers individualized, evidence-based care to help clients achieve lasting recovery.

We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Adolescent Counselor to join our team. If you're looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate outpatient group therapy sessions and provide family support services

  • Conduct 6–8 Level of Care Assessments per week in accordance with program standards

  • Lead one aftercare outpatient therapy group for clients transitioning to a lower level of care

  • Collaborate with clients, families, and treatment team members to develop individualized treatment plans

  • Participate in clinical team meetings to discuss client progress and provide updates

  • Complete insurance reviews and maintain accurate clinical documentation

  • Collect client co-pays as needed

  • Support day-to-day program operations and assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Education: Master's degree in Human Services or a related field

  • Training: Completion of a clinically based internship/practicum is required

  • Experience: Previous counseling experience working with adolescents is required
