Adolescent Counselor (IOP/Outpatient)
Location: High Focus Centers – Exton, PA
Salary: $50,000–$55,000/year (based on experience and credentials)
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Flexible hours on Friday

High Focus Centers in Exton is a leading provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. Our dedicated team delivers individualized, evidence-based care to help clients achieve lasting recovery.

We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Adolescent Counselor to join our team. If you're looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate outpatient group therapy sessions and provide family support services
Conduct 6–8 Level of Care Assessments per week in accordance with program standards
Lead one aftercare outpatient therapy group for clients transitioning to a lower level of care
Collaborate with clients, families, and treatment team members to develop individualized treatment plans
Participate in clinical team meetings to discuss client progress and provide updates
Complete insurance reviews and maintain accurate clinical documentation
Collect client co-pays as needed
Support day-to-day program operations and assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education: Master's degree in Human Services or a related field
Training: Completion of a clinically based internship/practicum is required
Experience: Previous counseling experience working with adolescents is required
