Employer: A New Jersey physician-owned professional corporation (the “PC”).
Administrative Agent: VitalCheck Wellness Inc. (non-clinical support only).
Location: Princeton, NJ (onsite).
Job Type: W-2, Part-Time.
Schedule: 1-2 days per week. Weekday, Dayshift.
Anticipated Start Date: August 2025.
Pay Rate: Starting at $35,000 per year.

VitalCheck Wellness, as administrative agent, is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Psychologist to provide psychological assessments, diagnoses, treatment and coaching to a corporate wellness clinic in Princeton, NJ. The employer will be a New Jersey professional corporation owned and directed by licensed physicians. The clinic will be located onsite at the offices of a major financial institution.
The psychologist will focus on defining and assessing neurodivergent conditions, developing counseling plans, and implementing workplace accommodations, as well as providing coaching to managers to help them work more effectively with these employees.
This is a great opportunity for someone interested in working with a new model wellness clinic where you will have the ability to be part of the process.

Responsibilities:

  • Using the appropriate diagnostic assessments or tests, diagnoses and develops treatment plans for clients experiencing psychological, emotional or behavioral problems.
  • Assessing neurodivergent conditions and create personalized counseling plans and therapies individually and/or in a group setting.
  • Help create workplace accommodation plan with HR.
  • Coach managers and provide tools and skills to better support employees with special needs. Make external referral and coordinates care with other treatment team members, agencies and health professionals as necessary.
  • Maintains appropriate documentation of all client contacts, consultations with other professionals, and documents any changes to treatment plan. Intervenes when appropriate in response to changes.

Requirements:

  • PsyD, or a PhD in psychology or a related field from a graduate school accredited by the American Psychological Association.
  • Fully Licensed Psychologist eligible to provide services in the state of NJ.
  • Minimum of 3-5 year relevant work experience as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
  • Significant experience working with neurodivergent conditions.
  • Experience working in a corporate environment and coaching managers.
  • Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, EMR systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Must be able to reliably commute to Princeton, NJ.
