Job Type: Full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Compensation: $115,000 – $120,000 annually with comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and address various mental health conditions.
Design tailored treatment plans based on individual needs.
Maintain consistent therapy sessions and adjust approaches when needed.
Conduct thorough evaluations to track progress.
Provide both individual and group therapy while coordinating care as required.
Support clients in achieving better emotional and mental health.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Active LMFT license in California.
Experience with therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
Outstanding communication and empathy skills.
