Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Community Liaison to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with community members, organizations, and stakeholders to promote our mission and services effectively.
DUTIES :
- Establishes and maintains contact with referral sources, hospitals, physicians, Case Managers, and insurance companies.
- Recruiting to support caregiver recruiting within the assigned region.
- Distributes information materials and participates in related promotional activities related to AccentCare’s non-medical homecare line of business.
- Participates in developing new business ventures and prepares presentations to potential partners.
- Develop action plans by assessing community needs, outlining marketing strategy/objectives, inclusive of identifying key competitor's differentiators, qualifying key accounts, with measurable goals.
- Acts as a liaison between referral resources and AccentCare intake staff.
- Participates in on-going assessment of community needs and helps to develop programs as needed.
- Works to increase number of referrals taken under care for non-medical home care product line.
- Collaborate with operations management to establish objectives for the expansion of relationships.
- Drive business growth by spending a majority of the workday in the field developing relationships at community and educational events that result in eligible client referrals and applicants for Care Partner and back-office staff.

- Ensure accurate storage and timely retrieval of all records related to the fleet program, including driver records, and vehicle registrations.

- Possess a responsible, detail-oriented, results-driven work ethic
EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION:
- High school diploma, or additional related work experience required.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

- Home Care and Home Health Background – Preferred.
- Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
