Qualifications
- Licensed Masters level therapist or social worker (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or under supervision for license, required
- Prior experience working with a psychiatric mental health population, preferably in an in-patient setting
- Current certification or licensure by the State of Oklahoma (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT), or under supervision pursuing licensure for LCSW, LPC, or LMFT, required
- Must be at least 21 years of age, Required
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent, Required
- Successfully complete a drug test, Required
- Successfully pass a national background check, Required
- Physical agility to manage patients
- Ability to push, pull and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Strong Computer skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong Leadership skills
- Exposure to psychiatric patients who may exhibit violent/aggressive behavior
- Potential for exposure to communicable diseases, blood/body fluids and other hazardous waste
