Who We're Hiring:
We’re currently looking for:
- Behavior Therapist I – Ideal for those new to the field or early in their psychology/education studies
- Behavior Therapist II – For those with experience ready to take on a senior, supportive role

What You’ll Do:

Work 1:1 with children to teach essential life and social skills
Use evidence-based ABA methods (DTT, NET, PRT)
Track progress through data collection and session notes
Collaborate with your clinical supervisor and support team
(BT II) Provide mentorship to entry-level staff

Perks & Pay:

$22–$23/hr (BT I) | $24–$28/hr (BT II)
Hybrid model (in-person to start, remote options after 90+ days)

Requirements:

Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
BA/BS or working toward it (or solid ABA experience)
