Client Care Coordinator:
Under the direct supervision of the Finance Manager and management, the Client Care Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the office functions in a smooth and efficient manner. This includes the physical office and general workings necessary to support the associates, staff, and Broker/Owners. It is an administrative role.
Responsibilities are included but not limited to:
- Assist Finance Manager with tasks that include not limited to;
- Process incoming commission & earnest money checks
- Deposit Checks, Cut checks & distribute to agents, as needed
- Reconcile FMLS/GAMLS monthly statement and bill agents accordingly
- Process incoming agent paperwork such as binding contracts, amendments, closing statements
- Coordinate regular continuing education classes and events with guidance from the Director of Operations
- Attend and participate in staff meetings and agent events
- Help with set up and take down for events where staff participates
- Stock supplies & workroom – track supplies needed and put in order to Director of Operations
- Back up to answer phones for office as directed
- Disburse incoming mail & packages
- Maintain office equipment ‐ troubleshoot issues to best of your ability, respond quickly when equipment is down & alert management of any issues that cannot be resolved immediately, contact tech support and coordinate service calls
- Alert management of any repairs for office immediately
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues with agent computers, help with file uploading or other issues as needed, upload printer drivers as necessary. Enlist the support of IT or Printer company as needed.
- Ensure a clean & organized office, kitchen area, agent area and bathrooms (in between weekly professional cleanings)
- Back‐up other staff as needed and directed by management
- Assist in staff coverage at other office locations as needed (Alpharetta, Buckhead, West Cobb)
- Maintain a cheerful, eager to serve attitude as you are THE first impression :)
- Take on new responsibilities as role and needs expand
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $19.50 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
