The company manages a combined portfolio of approximately 25 million square feet of office and industrial space and 36,000 apartment units.
 
**REGIONAL MANAGER - NORTHERN CALIFORNIA**
 
SRG is seeking an experienced property management professional to oversee communities in the Bay Area. This person will be directly responsible for the overall management, administration, operations and financial performance of assigned multi-family portfolio. They will also act as the company representative in all matters related to investor, owner, or owner representative reporting, meetings, discussions and relations.
 
Must have the following qualifications in order to be considered:
  • Prefer a real estate license
  • Must have experience in multi-family
  • 1 year of managerial experience in property management
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Experience managing client relationships
  • Strong financial background
  • Must be able to travel 50% of the time.
  • Certification or designation from an accredited organization, preferred (ARM, CAM, CAPS, CPM, etc.)

Salary range is $130,000-$150,000 annually. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a 401(K) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts depending on location. Regular full-time employees who work between 30-40 hours a week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, other voluntary benefits and vacation accrual. Sick time accrual is provided in accordance with law.
