TherapyWorks is a provider of pediatric ABA rooted in family-centered care and positive clinical outcomes. All ABA services are provided in our Northfield, Illinois clinic.
TherapyWorks is seeking an experienced BCBA/Clinical Director to lead our ABA program. As Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our clinical services with a strong focus on positive outcomes, ethical care, and family-centered support. As the Clinical Director, BCBA, you will play a critical role in shaping and leading our ABA therapy clinical programs and services.:
- Complete client intake process that includes both informal and formal assessment, parent and caregiver interview, identification of medical necessity, creation of behavior plan including frequency and specific therapy in adherence to TherapyWorks and Payer standards
- Supervise and train Behavioral Technicians
- Provide direct intervention in one-on-one and group settings as needed
- Implement treatment plan in adherence to The Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts
- Maintain, monitor, and manage a comprehensive treatment plan for each client
- Collaborate with Behavior Technicians to ensure ongoing progress and review efficacy of treatment plan making changes as needed
- Arrange parent/caregiver meetings to maintain communication and training with the family/caregiver as needed and allowed per individual contract
- Create and adhere to a consistent schedule for client facing hours
- Maintain ongoing CEU necessary to maintain supervision credentials
- Create and follow a supervision schedule for both direct and indirect supervision aligned with practice standards; follow standard practices for documentation of supervision
- Collaborate with the Co-CEOs on required policies and procedures.
- Lead recruiting and training for BCBAs and BTs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the field of ABA therapy and incorporating evidence-based practices into treatment programs.
- Outreach to community partners to assist in developing referral sources
- Monitor billable hours, staff productivity and other performance metrics on a weekly basis
- Develop annual budget and measure performance against plan
- Implement operational efficiencies as needed to meet clinic performance metrics
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ABA, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Demonstrated success in leading clinical teams and improving treatment outcomes
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based ABA practices, assessment tools, and treatment planning
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to balance clinical quality with operational efficiency, including tracking performance metrics and managing productivity
- Proficient in creating and implementing staff training and supervision schedules
- Passion for collaboration, continuous learning, and supporting team growth
- Eligibility to work in the U.S. and ability to pass a background check
Salary

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
