About the Role:
Beehavior ABA Therapy is currently hiring a passionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an afternoon case in Hollywood, FL. This position offers consistent hours (approximately 20 hours per week) and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of one child and their family.

Schedule:

• Afternoon hours (exact schedule to be discussed during interview)
• Approximately 20 hours per week
• In-home sessions

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collect and record data accurately during each session
• Follow client-specific protocols with consistency and care
• Communicate effectively with the supervising BCBA and caregivers
• Maintain professionalism and ethical standards at all times

Requirements:

• Active RBT certification (in good standing with the BACB)
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s in psychology, education, or related field preferred)
• Reliable transportation to the Hollywood, FL area
• Previous experience working with children or individuals with autism is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
