Description
Reporting to the Residential Manager, the Rehabilitation Counselor helps clients with physical, mental, developmental, or emotional disabilities live independently. Rehab Counselors work with clients to overcome or manage the personal, social, or psychological effects of disabilities on employment or independent living.

Reporting to the Residential Manager, the Rehabilitation Counselor helps clients with physical, mental, developmental, or emotional disabilities live independently. Rehab Counselors work with clients to overcome or manage the personal, social, or psychological effects of disabilities on employment or independent living.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Use of personal vehicle, MD driver's license with fewer than 5 points, and valid auto insurance required.
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
- CMT Certification Required.
- CPR/First Aid Training Required.
- NADSP E-badge competencies preferred.
- Ability to relate well to staff, individuals, board members, and all relevant stakeholders of different races, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientation, socioeconomic background, and religions required.
