Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professionals to join our team. As a After School Program Counselor, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of our students. You will work closely with students to provide guidance and support throughout their educational journey. Daily hours are 2:00 - 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that this position starts in September 2025

Duties:
- Collaborate with supervisors and parents to develop strategies for student success
- Facilitate conflict resolution and promote positive peer relationships
- Assist and organize after school activities, including homework assistance

Experience:
- Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational setting
- Strong classroom management skills
- Experience in early childhood education, daycare, babysitting, or sports coaching is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• After school
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
