We are currently expanding our practice and hiring for new roles in Melville, NY! We are looking for both part-time therapists (minimum of 20 hours/week) and full-time clinicians to join our growing team.

Seeking: Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) / Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) / Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

Ideal Candidate:

LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC required
Strong passion for helping others and a deep commitment to delivering ethical, empathetic care
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities, with a willingness to adapt and expand clinical approaches
Collaborative mindset, works well with colleagues in a team-based, supportive setting
Strong organizational and time management skills to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
Ability to conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
