About Job
- Work Monday–Friday in a structured residential program
- Provide individual therapy twice weekly for each client (caseload: 8)
- Lead one daily group therapy session for residential clients
- Deliver trauma-informed care to adult men with co-occurring disorders
- Coordinate your daily schedule with flexibility and autonomy
- Complete documentation and case management tasks
- Communicate with probation or court stakeholders as needed
- Receive 3–6 weeks of training before independent caseload management
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Maryland licensure: CSC-AD, LGADC, or LGPC
- Passion for substance use recovery and mental health integration
- Self-motivated with strong time management and follow-through
- Must reside commutable to zip code 20910
- $60K–$70K for Bachelor's-level counselors
- $75K–$77K for Master's-level clinicians
- Paid clinical supervision toward licensure
